Develop
Land development may seem overwhelming, we are here to ease this process for you. We can take any parcel of land and develop it into viable building lots. We will be by your side throughout the whole process, from the acquisition and due dilligence, to entitlement, and consulting and planning, our expertise is here to guide you.
Design
From small cottages to lake side retreats we provide all the expertise create a custom build designed to your lifestyle. Through thoughtful, smart and inovative thinking we will create a preliminary set of plans giving you insight into the project as a whole. From there with your approval, ours and the city’s to obtain permits we can move into the more detailed planning. From the inital draw up all the way down to eletrical plans, you will be involved in the whole process.
Build
We specialize in both residential and commerical construction. We offer a range of services from establishing budgets and cost to build a project, to scheduling subcontractors and running the project to a full turn key service. Having built my own homes for the past 25+ years, I understand what it feels like to be the client, our top priority is your ease of mind while we let your ideas come to life.
Who are we?
Urban Solutions presents you with 28 years of residential and commercial, development and construction experience. We have contributed to positive steady growth throughout the Northwest. Since 1990 I have had the pleasure of building my own homes, working for leaders in the industry, and participating in every aspect of residential and commercial development. I have overseen the development of over 2,300 lots, built more than 580 homes and designed over 3,000 homes.
I am proud to call Idaho my home. I have raised four daughters and understand what it takes to provide for your family, together we can curate your happy and healthy home.
